Return & Refund Policy – ROGA Supply

At ROGA Supply, we are committed to delivering high-quality customized products made specifically for each customer. Because every order is produced to the client’s approved specifications, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or issue refunds once the order has entered production.

Before printing, we ensure full customer approval by providing:

A digital proof for review
Written confirmation from the customer prior to production

Once the digital proof is approved, the order moves into production and no changes, cancellations, or refunds can be made.

•⁠  ⁠Production Variations

Our quality control processes are thorough; however, minor production variances may occur, including:
• Slightly misaligned prints
• Small areas of incomplete ink
• A minimal number of blank sheets

These variations fall within acceptable industry standards and do not qualify for returns or reprints.

If a significant production defect attributable to our manufacturing is reported, we will review the issue and may offer:

•⁠  ⁠Partial replacement of affected items, or
•⁠  ⁠Store credit for future orders

 To qualify, customers must provide photographic evidence of the issue within 3 days of delivery.

•⁠  ⁠Color Disclaimer

Please note that printed colors may vary slightly from what is displayed in the digital proof due to differences in screen calibration and printing processes. This is considered normal and is not grounds for returns or reprints.

•⁠  ⁠Shipping Damage

If a package arrives damaged by the carrier, the damage must be reported on the day of delivery, including photos of both the packaging and the affected product. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and provide an appropriate solution.
